I didn’t start in marketing.
I started in Engineering.
I didn’t plan to get into marketing.
I was a Chartered Engineer, building systems, solving technical problems, and leading teams. But over time, I started helping friends and family with their businesses.
You know what it’s like…
“Hey Aaron, you’re good with this stuff. Can you build me a website?”
“Aaron, any idea how to connect my email system to this CRM?”
“Any chance you could take a look at my messaging?”
So that’s how I started.
Solving tech problems and learning about what was working (and what wasn’t) when it came to winning business.
The more I learnt, the deeper I went down the rabbit hole.
I started building websites that converted, built systems that followed up with leads, I wrote copy for billion dollar SAAS and life science companies that kind of thing.
Turns out the businesses I was helping didn’t actually need more leads (even though every single one of them thought they did). No, the real problem was they had no reliable way of converting the leads they were getting into clients.
So I engineered them a system. One that was time-saving, easy to follow and automated where appropriate. And then once the leads they were getting started to convert. Then we could concentrate on getting more leads to grow.
So that’s what we do now.
We work with companies in science, tech, and engineering, people who are good at what they do but don’t have the time or interest to figure out how to turn leads into revenue.
We come in, look at how things are working (or not), and build the system that fixes it.
That might be writing email sequences, setting up automations, building a funnel that actually makes sense, or designing AI tools that take the repetitive stuff off your plate.
Our goal is not to be clever. But to make the whole thing easier, more efficient, and more profitable.
And the best bit?
Because I’m an engineer and because I’ve worked in engineering, tech and science selling million pound products and solutions across the industry…
I know how to explain your product in a simple, easy-to-understand manner. And so do my team.

Because I know deep down, what most people want is time back from marketing and sales. Time that they can spend working on the business, working on delivery and most important of all. Time they can spend with their family or whatever is important to them in life.
